業務報告で押さえておきたいポイントは大きく3つあります。
①緊急を要する報告を後回しにしない
②判断を要する報告は対面で行う
③自分を基準に優先度を決めない
部下のみなさんは、こうしたポイントを踏まえて上司に対する報告業務を柔軟に行いましょう。システム化されてすべての業務報告が事細かにされない時代になったがゆえに、大事なことが抜けてしまわないように注意したいものです。
もし「この内容ならどうしたらいいか？」悩むときには、早めに直接報告するべき。「そんな報告までするな」と指摘されるかもしれませんが、報告しないで失う信頼や仕事に比べたら些細な問題ではないでしょうか。
